Amazingly Quick Tuna Salad


Quick, tasty and great to your body!



Ingredients:

2 cans of tuna in the can
1 carrot
1/2-1 red pepper
1 medium stalks celery
1/4c of light mayonaise
pepper (optional)


Preparation:

There are no hard steps here - simply mix all of the ingredients together and you are ready to go! You can add some pepper if you like for a bit more spicy taste!

Feta and Broccoli Omelette

This simple and fulfilling dish can be a part of your healthy morning!



Ingredients:

1 medium-sized cup of chopped broccoli
2-3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon of dried dill
2 tablespoons of crumbled feta cheese
cooking spray

Preparation:

1. Heat up pan to the medium heat and coat it with cooking spray
2. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes
3. In a small bowl combine eggs, feta cheese and dill, then add it to the pan
4. Let it cook for about 4 minutes and flip it afterwards
5. In about 2 minutes your omelette should be cooked through and ready to eat!


As you can see it's extremely easy to make! Don't be scared when you hear 'healthy food'! It can be really tasty!
